Muhammad Ali Raza
Science lead

Ali is a qualified chemistry and secondary science teacher with QTS. He has three years of experience working in secondary schools and sixth forms and over 7 years of experience as a private tutor.
He oversees the planning and execution of all teaching and assessment at Flash Revise. This ensures our lessons and flashcards cover all of the relevant curriculum specifications. He is also responsible for training all of our tutors. This includes guidance on incorporating the latest pedagogical techniques.
Mardaan Shah

Mardaan is a fourth year medical student in London and and a tutor with over seven years of experience. His interest in scientifically underpinned study techniques was founded during his neuroscience degree. Since then, he has delivered group science and mathematics tuition across secondary schools and sixth forms. He most recently worked as science teacher at Wickersley Partnership Trust in South Yorkshire.
He implements his classroom and curriculum knowledge across his teaching in Flash Revise. As the UCAT lead, he plans and delivers our UCAT course and trains junior tutors in house. He scored in the top decile of his UCAT nationally with an impressive score of 2920 and Band 1 in situational judgement.
He is an aspiring psychiatrist with interests including medical psychotherapy and mental health education.
Lajpaal Shah
Operations Lead
BSc (Hons) Computer Science - City University of London (2028)
Lajpaal is commencing his foundation year in Computer science at City University of London. He maintains our platforms used for delivering lessons and flashcards using his technical expertise. Lajpaal is also actively involved in new student induction and customer service.
He has a particular interest in social media marketing and strives to propogate the message of evidence backed study techniques.
